Are you a BIG eater? Use it to your advantage. BIG eaters can stick to a healthy diet easier than finicky eaters. I love pizza and cheese burgers as much as the next guy, but a big eater like myself will devour a healthy salad with chicken and enjoy every minute of it. 70% healthy foods and 30% anything goes. Chop-chop guys!

Everyone knows that fish contains small amounts of mercury, egg yolks have cholesterol and milk tears up your stomach. But instead of denying your body of the valuable nutrition that these foods provide. Compliment them with the appropriate countermeasures. Cilantro and herbal teas flush mercury and other heavy metals out of your system. Raw unfiltered Apple cider vinegar and also oatmeal do a great job on cholesterol. And turmeric mixed with your milk is not only delicious but totally eliminates inflammation and stomach cramping as well as having many health benefits. Rule of thumb here and always is... Moderation!

THE ELECTRIC PRESSURE COOKER 

Cooking healthy has never been easier. Bringing back the way mom and grandma used to cook. The new electric pressure cookers are safer and more convenient. You literally set it and forget it. It cooks in 45 minutes and then sets itself to warm. Chicken soup or beef stew with every vegetable in the house... yum. You can already imagine the possibilities.

Wendy's, Pizza hut, Taco bell...

These are some of my favorite places to go for fast food. Wendy's Mediterranean salad is not only delicious, but stacked high with chicken. Pizza hut has an awesome salad bar and you can treat yourself with a thin crust vegetarian if you must. Taco bell has the chicken power bowl that is also very tasty and a favorite. Doing fast food with a mission. Keep your head in the game.
